Kernza® is a perennial wheatgrass and a power player in regenerative agriculture. The crop creates healthy soil with its deep root system and helps fight climate change by locking carbon into the land instead of in the air. It's also high in protein, high in antioxidants, and has eight times the amount of insoluble fiber as wheat. Kernza® grain has a sweet, nutty flavor that works well as an ingredient in a wide variety of baking, cooking, and of course beer and whiskey!
